These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sunbeat Events platform operated by Sunbeat Entertainment. By creating a profile, accepting an event invitation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the platform. By using the services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information, including contact details, instruments, vehicle information, payment details, and tax documents. You agree to keep your account credentials secure and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

Event invitations, scheduling, and bookings are managed through the platform. Accepting an invitation represents your commitment to perform the assigned role for that engagement at the offered rate. Roles and assignments for a specific event may be updated by Sunbeat Entertainment as operational needs require, and you will be notified of any changes.

Payments are processed according to the method you select in your profile. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information, including a valid W9 form. You are responsible for any taxes owed on payments you receive.

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, users consent to receive account-related text messages from Sunbeat Entertainment. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for assistance.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by providing false information, interfering with operations, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The platform, its branding, and its content are owned by Sunbeat Entertainment. Content you submit (such as your profile and W9) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide the services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunbeat Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may deactivate your profile through the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sunbeat Entertainment operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
